HOW WE DO IT: THE PROCESS
Print Design Process

We create impressive designs you’ll be proud to hand or mail out. Our business card designs and high-quality printing frequently impress clients when handed to them. We’ve even heard from some of our clients that their customers look forward to receiving invoices because they are so attractive and pleasant to receive in the mail.

Stationery can be used for various purposes from proposal letters, to newsletters, sponsor announcements to invoices.

Stationery design concepts are presented and typically only require minor edits on the initial design.

To get started on a brochure or postcard here's what we’ll need:

your logo & any logos for organizations/sanctions to which you belong

Wording for the different section of the site (typically information about your team, it’s history, your stats and descriptions, sponsorship materials and contact information) – you may provide this via MS Word or we can have a copywriter interview you  and write the wording for you.

And photos of your team/car/driver

Once we have the above information we're ready to design a brochure!

Design Concept.
We talk to you about styles you like, other brochures you’ve seen that appeal to you and what kind of look you’re hoping to present to your customers

Concept Presentation.
We present you with a design concept via email
(.jpg file attachment or a weblink) typically within 5-7 business days from receipt of your deposit.

Concept Editing.
We edit the design concept based on your feedback and a conversation that we have about it. Within the scope of a typical brochure design proposal, we allow for up to two (2) “rounds” of edits on the design.

Final Client Review.
At this step in the process, we will present you with a version of the brochure that is final. You then have the opportunity to make any last minor edits or changes to the wording before it's printed.

Time to Print!
Once we have completed any last edits, we then print the brochures and they are shipped to you or mailed using our mailing services (additional fees apply to obtaining a mailing list, processing the materials and postage).
